- Collaborates with a team of experienced engineers
- Drafts and designs construction drawings for projects in the industrial, corporate, healthcare, retail, transportation, and mixed-use markets
- Works to become proficient in the use of design and CAD applications
- Learns how to organize work to maximize your contribution, growth, and development
- Works positively within a team environment
- Develops skills and knowledge to increase and advance what you know to help meet your full potential
- Learns how we interact with our clients to provide value

- Individuals currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering
- Thirst for knowledge and collaborative in a team environment
- Organized with an attention to detail
- Enjoys solving problems and asking questions
- Ability to communicate and present ideas
- Eagerness to learn and develop AutoCAD skills and create model-based designs in Civil 3D
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
