As a Food Preparation Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assisting with basic cooking tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables and meats.
Assemble and prepare pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to standardized recipes.
Assist cooks with basic cooking tasks
Monitor and replenish prep stations throughout the shift.
Store food properly and ensure all ingredients are fresh and within expiration guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and following all health and safety regulations.
Assist with unloading and organizing food deliveries.
Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a positive guest experience.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
Regularly lift 25 pounds.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
Perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.
