The Opportunity
We are seeking licensed Mental Health Clinicians (Psychologists, Licensed Social Workers, Psychotherapists) to add to our global network of service providers who provide short-term counseling support and other services to the employees of our client organizations.
The Skills and Experience You’ll Need:
- At least 10 years of clinical mental health experience
- Current licensure as a clinical mental health provider where licensure exists
- A Master's or Doctorate-level degree in a mental health or human services discipline
- Experience and comfort working with clients using a short-term model

- Strong experience and background in staff care and resilience
- Experience with international populations, high-risk locations, or high-risk functions is a strong plus
- Experience living and working in development/humanitarian contexts
- Experience supporting individuals and organizations in the aftermath of critical incidents
- Fluency in two or more languages (Francophone, Russian, Ukrainian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Dari, Pashto or Aramaic a strong plus)
