The Opportunity
In preparation for upcoming opportunities, we are building a global roster of licensed Mental Health Clinicians. Candidates must have demonstrated experience working in humanitarian assistance settings and/or with professionals working in that sector.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least five years of clinical mental health experience with current licensure
- A Master's degree in a mental health or human services discipline
- Past participation in humanitarian response activities
- Demonstrated skills in individual counseling and group therapy
- Experience with pre-assignment and post-assignment briefings
- Experience delivering trauma-informed counseling
- Ability to administer psychological screening instruments
- Proficiency in English plus at least one other language from this list: Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish

- Experience providing supervision and/or clinical consultation to other mental health professionals

- Experience in consulting on work-related stress
- Skills in responding to moral injury
