Job Title : Accounting Manager

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Compensation : Up to $95,000 base bonus

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting.

Transition accounting processes from QuickBooks to NetSuite (training provided).

Support inventory alignment and project-based accounting.

Influence chart of accounts and financial systems in a dynamic environment.

About You :

Experience : 6 years of GAAP accounting in construction or service industries.

Expertise : Strong in accrual accounting, QuickBooks Enterprise, and ideally NetSuite.

Skills : Advanced Excel proficiency, analytical mindset, and exceptional communication.

Attributes : Adaptable, self-driven, and collaborative.
