Location : Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid work-type)

Compensation : Up to $150K base bonus

What Youll Do :

  • Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Develop and implement policies, controls, and process improvements to support rapid growth.
  • Provide critical project management support, including revenue recognition (POC 606), variance analysis, and financial oversight.
  • Partner with operations, sales, and HR to drive efficiencies and build scalable processes.

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Industry Expertise : Strong background in construction or manufacturing, with expertise in standard costing and multidimensional accounting.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial practices.
  • Leadership : A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating structure, and leads with a collaborative mindset.
  • Credentials : Bachelors in Accounting; 5-7 years in senior accounting roles. CPA is a bonus but not required.
