Job Title: Director of Accounting

Location: Las Colinas, Texas (Hybrid work-type)

Compensation: Up to $200K base bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement automated, GAAP-compliant financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy and scalability.
• Lead and optimize regional accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, inventory, and month-end close processes.
• Integrate acquisitions into financial systems while maintaining seamless operations.
• Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate on strategic projects, including forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing, decentralized accounting team to foster collaboration and growth.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with a mix of public and private roles preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Active CPA designation with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP standards.
• Proven ability to manage teams across multiple locations and drive results.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Sage Intacct, is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for stakeholders.
