Description
SUMMARY Efficiently park event customer cars in a quick, safe and courteous manner. Provide directional support to parking patrons prior to, during and subsequent to an event exit. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check out necessary equipment such as shirts, flashlights, etc. at beginning of shift in order to perform key tasks
- Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have If necessary
- Efficiently and quickly direct customers into designated parking area
- Enforce tailgating and general parking policies with customers
- Control traffic in designated area as needed
- Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Lot Supervisor and / or Area Supervisor
- Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to Lot Supervisor and / or Area Supervisor
- Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of Gillette Stadium
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
