SUMMARY : This position will interface with all visitors and callers. A professional and exceptionally friendly demeanor is required to ensure we present a positive impression of the organization. Additionally, this position supports the internal customer by managing some scheduling logistics of the conference room, notifying individuals of visitors / deliveries and screening phone calls. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately, courteously and promptly
- Takes messages and distributes faxes as needed
- Receives visitors, determines nature of visit, contacts personnel
- Books meeting spaces
- Answers frequently asked questions
- Maintains up-to-date information regarding appropriate routing of telephone calls and faxes
- Preparation of domestic and international courier packages
- Assists with sales service projects, such as daily invoices and order review
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
