What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cash & Treasury Reporting Analyst - 12m FTC position at The Kraft Heinz Company?
This role assists the Tax & Treasury team to provide strong visibility and support to the senior leadership team in decision making in regard to any cash and working capital subject. Its activities include reporting, planning, forecasting and aligning processes within finance and overall Heinz business stakeholders. You would work on modeling and analysis for various projects, whilst liasing with various internal and external stakeholders.
Please note - this is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation and analysis of financial reports (AOP forecast, budget & actuals)
- Identification of any risks or opportunities in delivering cash flow
- Develop presentations on pertinent topics for senior management.
- Promote transparency and clarity on financial reports variances against established key performance indexes
- Prepare Inventory, accounts payable and accounts receivable monthly reports
- Preparation & Analysis of OFCF
- Liaise with procurement team to monitor on payment terms negotiations
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely banking information
- Administrate bank accounts and corporate credit cards
- Foreign currency exposure reporting
- Seek for cash efficiency opportunities in all trading currencies.
- Support cash generation and below OI improvement through daily/weekly/monthly visibility reports
- Preparing and submitting periodical cash reporting
- Cash forecasting
- Execute month end accounting closing routines
About you:
- Degree qualified in a strong numerical discipline - Business, Finance, Economics or similar discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years' of experience in finance or treasury or SNOP or analytics
- Analytical and strategic problem solving
- Articulate and cognitive reasoning
- Variety of software applications - advanced excel and PowerPoint.
