What are the responsibilities and job description for the Integrated Communications Specialist - Digital position at The Kraft Heinz Company?
This role is a driving force behind our digital marketing strategy and the central point to deliver on our ambitions in data and tech across marketing analytics, our customer data platform, web development, email and other digital initiatives.
The primary focus will be improving the performance of our owned channels including web and social by providing ongoing reporting across SEO, SEM, Social, Web, eDM, etc for our core brands - with a focus on Food In a Minute, New Zealand's largest recipe platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of the Food In a Minute strategy partnering with creative and brand leads.
Create performance reports for paid, web, social and eDM with actionable learnings
Work with external agencies on paid and owned media strategy across SEO, SEM, Video, Social and other channels
Collaborate with global digital experience team to build new web experiences.
Collaborate with internal creative team to develop new content for web, social and email.
Implement social campaigns including trafficking for approvals and into social platforms.
Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company's vision
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field (f.e. Business, Marketing, Communications)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in digital marketing(agency experience highly regarded)
- Ability to understand large data sets and simplify into learnings
- Hands on experience implementing web and social campaigns
- Exceptional project management skills
- Tech Savvy experience in developing trends and emerging technologies and their potential application
- Knowledge and experience in website redevelopments and reskins, mobilization, microsites and website platforms
