Canidate must have a Bachleors degree in Early Childhood Education and a current PA teaching certificate.
Responsibilities-
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions to challenges we encounter with each child and their family
- Engage in projects that require out-of-the-box thinking and creativity.
- Analyze current processes and suggest improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in meetings to share insights and contribute to strategic planning.
- Maintain a positive attitude while adapting to changing priorities and tasks.
Requirements Education or experience working with young children.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field is preferred but not required.
- A willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
