What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Intern position at The Krill Co., Inc.?
The Krill Co., Inc. is seeking services for the position of a Project Intern in the field of Construction for both office and field positions. This position must fulfill all responsibilities. Applicant must be a self-starter with initiative and willingness to communicate and work in a team environment. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a Construction related field.
Responsibilities :
- Assist team to oversee and manage construction project
- Oversee compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate responsibilities with project manager, superintendent and subcontractors
- Create and prepare a procurement schedule
- Prepare project supplemental instructions
- Manage expectations and be accountable both personally and professionally
- Attend Project Meetings for assigned job, provide meeting minutes and follow up with contractors for implementation
- Manage Submittals
- All other assigned duties
