Job Description
As a Bakery/Deli Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our bakery and deli departments operate smoothly and efficiently. This includes assisting with product production, packaging, presentation, and replenishment, as well as providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Key Performance Indicators
- Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment an asset
