A client in Boston is recruiting for a Benefits Analyst to join their human resources team. This team member plays an integral role in supporting the administration of benefits with a focus on absence administration. This individual will be the main point of contact for leaves and other benefits questions for the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR role with previous leave experience highly desirable.
- A BA/BS degree required.
- Working knowledge of federal and state laws, including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion, a high degree of professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Effectively manage difficult conversations and influence successful outcomes.
- Serve as an HR ambassador who displays effective judgment and strong relationship and interpersonal skills; and the ability to interface with all levels across the entire organization.
- Experience working within an organizational structure with multiple locations/regions requiring exceptional relationship building skills.
