The KXN is partnering with a leading private wealth management firm serving high-net-worth individuals and families.


We are seeking a skilled Financial Planner to deliver personalized financial strategies and exceptional service. This role focuses on building lasting relationships, guiding clients through complex planning decisions, and driving long-term financial success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' goals and life stages.
  • Advise on investment strategy, estate planning, tax optimization, and risk management.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships by identifying new planning opportunities.
  • Monitor portfolios and adjust plans as client needs or market conditions evolve.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and outside experts to provide integrated solutions.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and planning best practices.
  • Adhere to regulatory and ethical standards in all planning activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (CFP/CFA preferred).
  • Strong background in financial planning or advisory roles.
  • Series 7, 65, or 66 licenses required; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Deep understanding of financial products, planning strategies, and tax/estate tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in planning software and Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive total compensation package ($120K–$170K), including base salary and performance-based bonus.
  • Additional incentives available for advisors bringing an existing book of business.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.
