Key Responsibilities :
- Research target markets to identify key contacts for prospecting.
- Actively develop and nurture client relationships within your assigned territory.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product lines, maintenance needs, installation requirements, and KYA processes.
- Gather critical information from clients regarding upcoming opportunities, including product specifications and lead times.
- Utilize the SAGE accounting system and HubSpot CRM to track daily activities and client interactions.
- Ensure timely delivery of quotes to clients and follow up on their status.
- Answer questions pertaining to quotes and provide exceptional customer service.
- Create support tickets for marketing and technical needs.
- Send purchase orders and signed quotes to the Contracts department promptly.
- Collaborate with Operations to keep clients informed about installation and delivery dates.
- Conduct site visits as needed and act as the site coordinator under the Sales Manager's direction.
- Facilitate signed work releases and provide them to the Operations Department for processing.
- Document installations with before-and-after photos as necessary.
- Support with marketing quality photos of completed jobs.
- Assist in estimating jobs and measuring indoor and outdoor projects accurately.
- Coordinate with the Operations department for scheduling needs.
- Aid the Accounting department with collections, as required.
- Familiarize yourself with KYA purchasing contracts.
- Timely submit expenses using Expensify.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
- Represent The KYA Group at various events, including trade shows, conventions, and presentations.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown.
- Embrace and uphold the KYA Kreed and Mission Statement.
- Travel as necessary to support Regional Advisors.
Qualifications : Must be organized, efficient with time, capable of using measuring tools, proficient with computers / tablets, and have excellent teamwork skills.
Education / Experience : High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred, along with two years of relevant experience.
Language Skills : Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with groups.
Math Skills : Competence in calculating figures such as discounts, percentages, areas, and applying basic algebra and geometry concepts.
Reasoning Skills : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills : Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and email is required.
Work Environment : This position operates in both office and field settings, potentially requiring overnight travel for sales calls and events.
Physical Demands : The candidate must regularly sit and use fingers for various tasks, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and have the ability to see clearly for close vision tasks.
