Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Development and Client Relationship Management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Be the primary point of contact for high-value accounts.
  • Product Knowledge and Solution Selling
  • Stay informed on industry trends and company products.
  • Offer tailored solutions that meet client project requirements and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product specifications and delivery.
  • Sales Targets and Performance Management
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue growth.
  • Create and present compelling sales proposals.
  • Prepare and share sales reports and market analysis with leadership.
  • Collaboration and Team Support
  • Work with marketing and product teams to create impactful sales materials and campaigns.
  • Mentor junior sales associates, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide insights on market demands for product development.
  • Customer Support and Post-Sale Follow-up
  • Ensure smooth project handover post-sale to operations teams.
  • Follow up with clients post-project to assess satisfaction and gather referrals.

Qualifications :

  • Experience :
  • 5 years in sales within construction, building materials, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Education :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related area (preferred).
  • Skills :
  • Strong knowledge of construction products and industry practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations is beneficial.
