Job Description
- Perform "handyman" level tasks.
- Supervise vendors on client properties under the Property Manager's or Project Manager's direction. And ensure that the work completed by vendors is satisfactory and performed safely and neatly.
- Pickup & deliver materials for projects unassisted
- Perform regular inspections of client properties. Document and report findings to the Property Manager
- Keep daily logs reporting work completed, repairs made, and vendors present at client properties.
- Must enforce all property rules and regulations set in place by security, property managers, or the client, and must meet all household standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
