Job Description:
Primary responsibilities will be to plan, layout and perform all required operations in the installation, maintenance and repair of a variety of plumbing equipment used in an industrial facility.
Requirements:
- State plumbing license, with experience.
- Awareness of State, and local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Reading and interpreting blueprint to assess or plan plumbing installations.
- Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures in an industrial facility.
- Cutting, soldering and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, and functionality.
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems.
- Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical dexterity, willing to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lift heavy objects, climbing ladders, crawling and scissor lift operations.
