We are a mid-sized Management Consulting, Automation, and Data / Process Science firm, established in 1993, serving Fortune 1000 and financial services companies throughout North America.
We have developed a unique, template-based and data-centric approach to process improvement and efficiency projects, which are conducted off-site from our Houston office. We have extremely well developed industry specific direct marketing channels and marketing collateral that we routinely push into our markets.
The Lab is proud to announce that we have invested in a new office build out in the Galleria area. We are mindful of employee employee work experience and operate at 50% work from home capacity. All employees work at home 50% of the time, and in the office 50% of the time. Work hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday.
About the Candidate We are Searching For
We are searching for an experienced senior account executive. You will be primarily responsible for developing relationships with new businesses and helping us add new logos to our customer base. We send out hard copy marketing campaigns to executives, you follow up on the materials to book the meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of executive level meeting booking and prospecting to CEO, COO, CSO, CTO, CIO. Experience selling Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Science, Process Improvement is a plus.
There is plenty of room for upward mobility at The Lab - but we all have to earn it together.
Responsibilities
- Marketing campaign follow up : Pursue C-Suite prospects that have been sent content and materials by us to book sales meetings
- Outbound prospecting : Contact our target market leads by phone, email, LinkedIn messages
- Maintain a multi-stage executive level sales funnel of warm leads with the sales and marketing team
- Follow a predefined marketing and sales follow up cadence - touching prospects once every 4 to 6 weeks
- Send new industry and process specific service offering and white papers to prospects
- Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials
- Prepare executive level correspondence
- Manage calendar and book meetings
