We are a rapidly growing mid-sized Management Consulting, Automation, and Data/Process Science firm, established in 1993, serving Fortune 1000 companies throughout North America. We have developed a unique, template-based and data-centric approach to our client projects, which are conducted off-site from our Houston office.
The Lab is proud to announce that we have invested in a new office build out in the Galleria area. Our work hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday and we maintain a 50% hybrid working model. Half of the time our teams work from home, half of the time we work in the office.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager. The role is expected to provide forward thinking proactive PMO leadership and accountability across a portfolio of process improvement/analytics/robotic process automation management consulting projects while further driving standardization across the engagements.
- Data gathering, scoping, installation/coordinating, training/hand-off and frequent contact with the customer
- Coordinating and managing multiple projects with teams of 2-5 team members on each engagement
- Implementing automations, improving processes, and analytics projects successfully with our teams to ensure overall satisfaction frequent and direct contact with the client
- Standardizing project output and documentation between multiple concurrent projects
- Creating consulting delivery calendars and managing documentation due dates against project plans and timelines
- Coordinating work and deliverables with data scientists, management consultants and robotic process automation developers
- Utilizing research and past project documents shorten cycle times of engagements
- Creating project document templates with the team
- Track and monitor individual project progress
- Issue escalation and management
- Managing project deliverable submissions, approvals and timelines
- Ensuring detailed project action plans and templates are created and used for each project
- Training other team members on use of standardized work products
