About Us:
The Labyrinth Parlor and Spa is an upscale bakery and spa specializing in gourmet baked goods, luxurious wellness experiences, and craft cocktails. As we continue to expand, we are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team. The owner has already created menu and will continue to help with baking and preparation. As well as other staff will be available to help as needed; as the company grows. The bakery manager will work closely with the owner and other management to come up with new ideas to help us market and grow.

This is a start up company so this position is ideal for someone that can handle slow days and understand that we are growing. Pay increase, bonuses, and incentives are available as we expand.

During the construction/ staffing of this concept, we will operate by appointment only for pickups and specialty orders. We will later add delivery

Positions Available:

• Bakery Manager
• Oversee daily bakery operations, staff ( you will be working alone until we grow), and product quality
• Manage inventory, orders, and ensure efficiency in the kitchen
• Previous bakery or restaurant management experience preferred
• Bakers & Pastry Staff
• Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and specialty baked goods
• Ensure consistency in presentation and taste
• Baking experience preferred but training provided for the right candidate
• Customer Service & Order Fulfillment
• Assist with online and in-person orders, including pickups
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Shift would be 11-2 Tuesday-Saturday and Sunday 11-1; you will need to be able to use your time wisely and prep. There will be slow days as we grow
• Bakery Manager will be expected to attend tradeshow events if needed.
• 30 mins break if you work 4 or more hours and 1 hour break if you work 6 or more hours.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 year or more in a bakery, café, or food service environment preferred
• Passion for high-end baked goods and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with a focus on quality and customer experience

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
