The Lactation Network is hiring a Creative Project Manager to support our marketing team’s creative initiatives. This position will bring an understanding of marketing project management and process development.

Breakdown of the role :
- Project Management (40%). Manage the marketing creative team’s projects and workflow by vetting incoming requests, assigning them to the proper parties, tracking progress, and helping the team deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Creative Resource Allocation (35%). Review incoming projects to understand requirements and assign them to the appropriate team members or external resources for execution.
- Process Optimization & Workflow Improvements (15%). Identify areas to improve efficiency in creative project workflows, optimize Asana setups, and implement SOPs for recurring processes to streamline collaboration.
- Administrative & Reporting (10%). Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and decision logs. Ensure alignment with SOPs for workflows and task handoffs.

The salary range for this position is $84,750 - $127,250.
