Customer Care Specialist
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented person to join our Business Development Team at the Lake Auto Dealerships in Lewistown, PA. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will assist us in engaging our past, current, and future customers through telephone, text, and email correspondence.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Create a superior experience for current and prospective customers
- Nurture inbound prospects using established follow-up processes and selling techniques
- Provide timely responses to inquiries via phone, text, chat, and email
- Be adaptable and flexible when responding to customer needs
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service or sales
- Knowledge of sales, especially the automotive industry, is a plus
- Adept with various computer software and applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
