This job is primarily focused on sheet metal work. Most of the steel processed on site comes in 4’X8’ sheets. Gauges are from 20 gauge up to ¼ inch plate. Some tube stock and bar stock are also used in this job.

This job is primarily focused on sheet metal work. Most of the steel processed on site comes in 4’X8’ sheets. Gauges are from 20 gauge up to ¼ inch plate. Some tube stock and bar stock are also used in this job.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Able to read and understand part drawings.
- Able to operate large equipment safely including CNC Punch, Brake Press, Punch Press, shear, drill press, saw, pemserter, and roll former.
- Ability to learn how to setup the various machines
- Able to operate a forklift
- Must be safety conscious at all times.
- Able to use a caliper and other precision measurement tools.
- Identify quality issues that may arise and direct them to the supervisor for corrective action.
- Ensure that all parts are marked correctly.

- One to Five years of experience working with fabrication equipment.
- Able to read and understand all directions and safety information for each machine.
