Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Office Management:
- Assist with office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing documentation.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support payroll processes and address basic payroll-related inquiries.
Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate effective communication.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.
- Assist in organizing resident and family events.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting.
