Summary
We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team at The Lakes Family Dental. This role is essential in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent patient care, and managing staff effectively. Your leadership will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding dental services.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and quality of patient care.
- Train and develop staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage patient interactions and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Weekly meetings with dentist and executive team regarding performance review of staff, any repairs, inventory etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role. (Healthcare or dental setting preferred but not necessary)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Experience in training development and employee orientation processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices is preferred.
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
