Bilingual Office Manager (Spanish & English)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Office Manager to support our team. This role will involve a mix of administrative tasks, customer service, and paperwork management. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, all while providing a warm welcome to those who visit our office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support with paperwork management and office organization.
  • Greet and assist individuals applying to the company in person.
  • Review and validate important documents.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: Spanish and English (fluent in both written and spoken communication).
  • Previous experience in administrative functions.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Organized, with great attention to detail.
  • Plus: Knowledge in the healthcare field or previous experience working in the administration of healthcare centers.
