Bilingual Office Manager (Spanish & English)
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Office Manager to support our team. This role will involve a mix of administrative tasks, customer service, and paperwork management. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, all while providing a warm welcome to those who visit our office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support with paperwork management and office organization.
- Greet and assist individuals applying to the company in person.
- Review and validate important documents.
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Spanish and English (fluent in both written and spoken communication).
- Previous experience in administrative functions.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Organized, with great attention to detail.
- Plus: Knowledge in the healthcare field or previous experience working in the administration of healthcare centers.
