What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Production Director position at The Lakeside Church?

- Ultimate ownership over the Production team and execution of their responsibilities during Lakeside Experiences.
- Assist in production needs at Broadcast campus in Youth (Wednesday Nights) and Young Adults (Fridays once a month).
- Oversee technical production operations for Lakeside Experiences including stage/production elements, live worship, playbooks, and sync-up plans.
- Oversee practices and rehearsals to identify possible challenges and identify timely solutions.
- Recruit, train and manage Dream Team members to serve in technical roles during the Sunday Experiences and other events.
- Conduct equipment maintenance, completing repairs/RMA’s as needed.
- Forecast the need for new equipment and coordinate the purchasing process.
- Maintain consistent communication with leadership and volunteers and perform required administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Work with Worship Director & weekend experience team to ensure all technical needs for each service or event are met.
- Sunday Service Prep: Review or Oversee elements.

- Lighting setup
- Sunday Experiences and Special events scheduling
- Ensure that required supplies (batteries, cabling, etc.) are obtained and available prior to being needed.
- Sunday Service Live.
- Ensure countdown fires on time.
- Identify and correct issues in a live environment during the service.
- Call cues to production booth team members on an as needed basis.
- Provide as needed training to any additional techs in audio, video, and lighting.
