Our company is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for our real estate team. We are looking for a candidate who is great at prioritizing tasks, managing calendars, working database entry, excels in communication and has great computer skills. The ideal candidate has worked in an office environment before, has excellent time management skills, and thrives in a fast-pace work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team and handle contractual responsibilities.
- Schedule meetings; conduct market research.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Answer incoming calls, manage calendars.
- Create marketing flyers and designs, including Social Media posts.
- Managing books - track expenses and reimbursements.
- Assist in the development of organization, systems, models, and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
