Hybrid Guest Service Representive/Van Driver

Overview
We are seeking to fill a hybrid role of a guest service representative and van driver. You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will also be responsible for safely transporting guests to and from designated locations. This hybrid position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing a positive guest experience.

Guest Service Duties:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and events to assist guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Van Driver Duties:

• Safely transport guests to and from various locations (e.g., airport, local attractions).
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules and guest counts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a friendly attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend for extended periods while driving.
