Front of House Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant café environment. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring efficient service and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for food service, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Team members here can expect to make between $15-$25 per hour with their hourly and tip pool. We are a counter service, fast paced cafe where every team member is expected to be able to hop in and help in any station and work together as a team.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Be able to work cleanly and efficiently in a team environment.
• Buss tables promptly, clearing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Sanitate surfaces and equipment regularly to uphold health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
• Provide support during busy periods, helping to manage customer flow and maintain service standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food service practices, including food handling and sanitation protocols.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.

Pay: $14.02 - $25.00 per hour
