**Activities Assistant Duties:**
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing recreational and social activities for clients, ensuring a diverse range of options.
- Engage clients in activities, providing support and encouragement to promote participation and enjoyment.
- Help set up and take down equipment and supplies for activities, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Monitor and assess client participation and feedback to improve future activities.
- Collaborate with staff and family members to develop personalized activity plans tailored to individual client preferences and needs.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a driving role and working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine interest in supporting and engaging clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Must pass background checks and comply with any additional required certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.)
