What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance position at The Landings Association?
The Landings Association is currently hiring a Building Maintenance Specialist in our Public Works Department to perform general maintenance and repair to the Association’s buildings.
Primary Duties include:
- Performs maintenance and repairs to Association-owned buildings, facilities, and structures including:
- Painting and cleaning
- Fixture, wall, and door repairs
- Minor plumbing and electrical work
- Troubleshoots and determines appropriate tools and materials for each project
- Performs routine exterior cleaning and pressure washing of TLA buildings.
- Performs monthly building maintenance/safety inspections
- Maintains maintenance logs and documents work performed.
- Sets up TLA conference rooms for meetings which includes moving chairs, tables, and equipment.
- Assists other Public Works teams with special projects or tasks during times of heavy workload
