Shift: 2:45pm - 10:45pm

Job Summary:

As a Security Officer at The Landings Association, you will be responsible for monitoring and processing commercial passes, conducting vehicle and foot patrols, ensuring the safety of premises, and responding to incidents as needed. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in conflict management, CCTV monitoring, and first aid to uphold the highest standards of security.

Duties:

- Conduct regular patrols to monitor and secure the premises.
- Monitor and process commercial passes, including fee collection and documentation.
- Respond promptly to calls, requests, and complaints from residents.
- Enforce security protocols and regulations.
- Provide assistance during emergencies and first aid when necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
- Maintain accurate incident reports.
- Engage in loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets.

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a security officer or related field
- CPR certification and First Aid training.
- Familiarity with militarized procedures is a plus.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
