Hotel Front Desk Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
• Process reservations through phone calls, emails, or in-person requests.
• Assist with billing inquiries and ensure all charges are accurately processed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest communication.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective guest services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
