We are seeking a dynamic and experienced  Administrator Licensed - Assisted Living  to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, a passion for elder care, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Administrator Licensed - Assisted Living Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and service.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and staffing plans to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the facility meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the broader community.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Administrator Licensed - Assisted Living Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Valid Nursing Home Administrator license.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a leadership role within a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle complex situations with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Administrator Licensed - Assisted Living Salary / Wage Range

    Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
