Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in subdivision site design and proficiency in various design software. This role is essential for developing high-quality designs that meet client specifications and project requirements. The Designer will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed subdivision site designs using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Draft technical drawings and specifications for subdivisions
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve design quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in site designs with hands-on experience in CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Civil 3D, Revit, and NavisWorks.
• Experience with Sketchup for conceptual modeling is desirable.
• Strong drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and creativity in design thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree in civil engineering , Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory depending on experience level.

Pay: $55,981.00 - $62,916.00 per year
