**We are LOOKING for an Experienced Landscape Project Foreman**
**$35.00 to $45.00/per hour plus company truck to drive** (willing to negotiate)
We work M-F, 8 hrs days, depending on weather.
The Landscape Company is an established and growing company with 40 years' of experience in the Pikes Peak region. The company started a new division 7 years ago in Northern Colorado (office in Frederick) and is looking for employees that are interested in a unique, quality, growth opportunity in the Landscape Industry.
Applicant must be capable of managing a crew, providing quality work to our customers, ordering material, be able to operate a skid and run small equipment and have general landscape knowledge in irrigation, grading, and hardscapes. You must be physically capable of hard physical labor in heat. It is important that any applicant have a positive attitude towards learning our methods and procedures.
All applicants must have:
- a valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- a clean MVR
- prove that they are legal to work in Colorado
- speak and understand English
We pay weekly (every Friday) by direct deposit so you must have a checking account.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily landscape maintenance activities, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Supervise and train team members in landscaping techniques, including irrigation, hardscapes, etc.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address landscaping needs and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a valid driver's license for transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Experience:
- Landscape installation: 5 years (Preferred)
