Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. Our behavior analysts provide school, home and community based services to school age children who have behavioral and learning disorders. They are responsible for direct services, parent training, completing documentation and keeping accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes and annual reports.

Behavior Analyst Requirements :

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the BACB
NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Must be willing to provide applied behavior analytic services in the Bronx, NY
Availability Monday - Friday
Experience providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) to school age children diagnosed with Autism and various language and speech disorders

Behavior Analyst Responsibilities :

Provide services to children with Autism

Foster strong relationships with families and create a nurturing learning environment in home settings

Engage with caregivers to maintain consistent therapeutic schedules

Maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual paperwork including daily session notes, progress reports and annual review
