Night Time Event Coordinator

This job is at The Larimore Wedding Venue in St. Louis, MO. This is an in-person position with no remote possibilities. This position would involve overseeing the evening/night portion of the wedding. We are an extremely busy and successful wedding venue and need an employee who can join the rapid growth.

The ideal candidate must be extremely trustworthy, have a strong ethical code, and represent the venue in a positive, upbeat, and professional manner. Must be able to work as a team player, follow strict contract related rules and be able to lift heavy items such as tables and chairs. Weekend availability is required as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the venue's needs.

*Must be able to pass a drug screening as we are a drug-free workplace*

Duties:
- Oversee the operations of the establishment during the night shift
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and supervise external vendors and guests during the event
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the establishment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a wedding, restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in events management and planning
