The Lark, Main St. Pickens' first fine dining experience is seeking a Service Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Job Summary
I am are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of my restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while maintaining efficient operations.
Duties
- Supervise and lead front-of-house staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage shift operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking while training staff on effective usage.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner to enhance guest experiences.
