They are looking for an HR Generalist to join their team and play a key role in various HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the company’s people strategy. This is a long-term temporary project and a fabulous opportunity to contribute to an outstanding and highly recognized organization.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR-related matters.
  • Support performance management processes, including mid-year performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate vendor management for HR-related services.
  • Schedule interviews and assist in the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, process improvements, and best practices to enhance efficiency.


Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a generalist role.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
