Responsibilities
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR-related matters.
- Support performance management processes, including mid-year performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate vendor management for HR-related services.
- Schedule interviews and assist in the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
- Support HR administrative tasks, process improvements, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a generalist role.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
