Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior management to senior director roles, from sourcing to offer letter generation.
- Understand the company and the firm’s business strategy, and convert the business strategy into an actionable talent strategy to effectively meet hiring needs.
- Provide superior relationship management with hiring managers, candidates, all internal stakeholders, and vendors.
- Maintain functional and industry expertise and utilize data to develop talent strategies and source top passive talent.
- Ensure regular and timely communication with hiring managers and candidates on recruitment status.
- Provide supervision to coordinators on specific tasks/projects.
- Direct coordinator(s) to schedule interviews, initiate background checks, and perform onboarding.
- Oversee retained and contingent search firms and temporary sourcing recruiters.
- Maintain accurate and current requisition information in the applicant tracking system.
- Advise hiring managers and interviewers on talent attraction strategy and selection decisions.
- Assist with executive-level offer letters and background check processing.
- Own and manage specific department processes.
- Provide support for department initiatives and projects assigned.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to align recruitment strategy with people initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing recruitment.
Ideal Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years full life cycle recruitment in an agency, professional services, or corporate setting.
- Professional in HR (PHR), ASA Certified Professional, and AIRS are ideal.
- Real Estate, Private Equity, or related industry experience and recruiting technology professionals preferred.
- Experience building hiring manager relationships, sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers is required.
- Experience recruiting passive talent, building the company brand, and expanding your network.
- Experience with ATS systems, including Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, with MS Office suite.
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Must enjoy working in an energized, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
