We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the shipping and receiving operations at The Larson Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt and processing of incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against delivery documents.
- Ensure timely stocking of inventory, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement effective control measures for core inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and segregation.
- Conduct regular inspections of returned cores, identifying damage or defects.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including receipts, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Communicate shipment information to relevant team members, facilitating seamless logistics operations.
- Perform part-time city deliveries, utilizing a company vehicle.
- Participate in additional duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license necessary.
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
