The Larson Group Peterbilt, is looking for an experienced Production Administrator to join our dynamic team. This position assists the TLG Delivery Center with all administrative and office functions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Administrator, Operations Manager, Production Manager in all administrative duties at facility.
- Open and close Repair Orders.
- Ensure all Repair Orders, Pre-Delivery Inspection, and DOT paperwork is correct, completed, billed, and filed within 3 days of closing.
- Maintain office area in a professional and organized manner.
- Perform follow up calls to dealer sales personnel as needed.
- Participate in employee safety training and safety committee meetings, documenting minutes and action items with assignments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, some college preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Experience with CDK and/or ADP is a plus.
- Great communication skills.
- Must be willing to work overtime hours if necessary.
- Experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
