Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting customers and answering phone calls.
- Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and general inquiries.
- Process Certificates of Insurance and other essential insurance documents.
- File and follow up on customer insurance claims with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Agency Management System.
- Provide customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction after policy changes or claims.
- Assist with insurance quotes and policy rewrites as needed.
Requirements
- Candidate Required to have an Active Property & Casualty License; Life and Health license is preferred.
- Prior experience in an insurance office is a plus.
- Being bilingual is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with the public.
- Self-motivated and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.
