LaSalle Network has partnered with a digital marketing agency in hiring an experienced Account Director to lead client relationships, oversee account teams, and drive the delivery of outstanding projects. This Account Director role is ideal for a professional with a proven background in account management within the digital agency or software development industry, exceptional team management skills, and a strong commitment to client success.

Account Director Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Guide and mentor account teams, including Account Managers and Coordinators, to ensure smooth project delivery and team growth
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, while proactively addressing challenges or risks
  • Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through additional services and solutions tailored to their goals
  • Manage account budgets, forecasts, and invoicing with accuracy and transparency, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, surveys, and post-project reviews to gather actionable feedback and drive continuous improvement

Account Director Requirements :

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a digital agency or software development setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering results
  • Proficiency in project management tools and financial reporting systems is a plus
