Accounts Payable Lead Responsibilities :
Process over 100 invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency using SAP
Perform account reconciliations to ensure data integrity
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies
Maintain organized records of invoices and payments
Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed
Support audits by providing documentation and information as required
Accounts Payable Lead Requirements :
Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume environment
Strong proficiency in SAP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
